Long before the empire of Logan, there existed a structure revered even by the gods: the Tower of Eternal Life. According to the ancient legends of Orion, this magical fortress was sealed by a divine pact to protect the emperor, chosen by the gods themselves to guide the people of Orion toward prosperity.

At the entrance of the tower stands a grand structure, with slots designed for eight sacred medallions. The stories of Orion say that whoever manages to gather all eight medallions of the gods will be granted permission to enter the Tower of Eternal Life and have an audience with the emperor. These same legends claim that the gods gave this opportunity to the people of Orion so that a just citizen could overthrow an unjust ruler.

Although there are no records in Orion of anyone successfully gathering the eight medallions of the gods, the legend is widely known by all inhabitants of Orion. This belief guides the traditions of the people and serves as a great motivator for battles between Criatures.

The priests of the gods may become rulers of the Divine Arenas, where they can be challenged by Criature trainers. Trainers who win these battles are awarded a medallion, in honor of the priest's god of devotion.

It is common for trainers to journey across the four corners of Orion in an attempt to collect the medallions of the gods, dreaming of the day when they will be able to enter the Tower of Eternal Life.
